Welcome to the 2019 offseason. The coaches hope you are enjoying your vacations and are getting some work in that helps make PFHS Athletics the best it can be. Best of luck to all of those preparing for the Fall athletic seasons. Lacrosse activities are not required of those people, as we hope you'll give you priority to your most current season. Everyone else who plays lacrosse should aspire to make the commitment to have excellent attendance. Here you will find information that will help you as we prepare for the upcoming season.
The coaches and I are excited to get going with team activities. All of our offseason workouts and green days will be listed here, on @Pfallslax (via Twitter), and on the team's Team Snap page. Please reach out to Coach Choppy if you need any help accessing any of the sites, or need a Team Snap account.
Driving/Rides to offseason activities- Please reach out if you are able to provide rides, or if you are in need of a ride from time to time. I'm sure either or a teammate will be able to help you out.

***Things of note***
Green days will begin in the fall (once the school year officially starts)
Workouts and conditioning sessions will begin after Fall Sports Dead Period. (Between Fall Sports beginning and the start of the school year)
- Email and other correspondence will be coming closer to the start of the workout season.
Notes- VEL Fall League (Player Signups begin in August). We will be participating at the Varsity & JV level. We will be part of a combo team at both levels. Registration to start in August.
Fall Brawl (November)- we will field a Varsity team. A JV team is a possibility. One may be reserved at a later date.
